Account Registration and Security

Account Security: Your username and password are private. You are fully responsible for all activities occurring under your account (including deposits, bets, and withdrawals). Any action taken under your account will be considered your own action. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
One Account Per Person: Unless expressly permitted in writing by us, each user is only allowed one account (based on identification, IP address, device fingerprint, or payment method). If multiple accounts are discovered (“Multiple Accounts”), we reserve the right to forfeit all bonuses and earnings obtained through multiple accounts.

Result Settlement: All bets are settled based on data from our official data providers (such as sports event results or lottery winning numbers). Any disputes arising after settlement will not be retroactively adjusted unless there is evidence of obvious human error in calculation.

Scope of Application: All bonuses, free spins, or promotions are subject to a separate “Promotion Terms,” which are part of this agreement. Participation in a promotion constitutes your acceptance of those specific terms.
Abuse: We strictly prohibit any abuse of promotions, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, hedging bets, and engaging in high-risk/low-risk betting within the required payout turnover. If abuse is discovered, we reserve the right to confiscate bonuses and related profits, and may close the account.
Same Type of Offer: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is generally limited to one time per user, per household, per address, per email address, per phone number, and per payment method account.
When using this website, you are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors:
Fraudulent Behavior: Using stolen or misappropriated payment tools, providing false identity documents.

Account Closure: You have the right to close your account at any time by contacting customer service, provided that there are no pending bets and withdrawal conditions are met. After account closure, you will no longer be entitled to any unused bonuses or offers.
Dormant Accounts: If an account has not been logged into for [e.g., 12 months] and has a zero balance, we may put it into a dormant state. If the account has a balance, we will attempt to contact you before charging the monthly management fee.

Force Majeure
